Available on Monday, Minecraft: Education Edition for Chromebook has the same features that are available in the Windows, iPad and Mac versions of the game, which includes multiplayer across platforms, the company stated. The education-focused version of the game is designed to help educators teach everything from science, technologyengineering, and math (STEM) to art, language, and history. In addition to being available on Chromebooks, Microsoft said the most recent update to the game includes new STEM lessons and "a special Minecraft world that was created in conjunction in collaboration with the American Beekeeping Association's Kids and Bees program."
